A certain Jeff, a sailor with a passion for the bottle... "works" with Tiberio, perfecting old maps showing ships with precious cargoes lying around. Jeff is attacked with a machine gun by "the sea lice" gangsters led by a certain Nero, in the service of a disturbing character, Denniger, who haunts the area aboard his yacht.
